What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter: company, topic, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

Like most websites, our servers log requests: IP address, the page requested, and browser details. We keep these logs for 180 days to troubleshoot problems and investigate abuse.

How we use it

Form messages go to our support desk, which we run ourselves, so we can reply. If the support desk cannot be reached, the message is emailed to us instead. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. We may count visits with analytics software that we host ourselves; it sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Where it is stored

The website runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Our support desk is hosted on servers we operate.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email support@exputo.com.
